The Practice Team
Adequate modern medical care is not provided by doctors alone. We, therefore, work as a team to provide a comprehensive service. The team is comprised of the doctors, practice nurse and health care assistant. In addition, our complement includes the following, who are all bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.
Practice Manager
Mrs Rashmi Thaman
Assistant Manager/Medical Secretary
Mrs Rizwana Bi
Receptionists
The receptionists are your first point of contact with our practice. Their key responsibilities are to book appointments for you by prioritisation and booking you into appropriate clinics and services. Our reception staff is here to help you and to support our doctors and nurses. The receptionists may need to ask you the nature of your problem in order that the doctors can prioritize their telephone callbacks and triage system. However, should you not wish to discuss any details with the receptionist, this is acceptable and they will respect your desire for privacy.
