Comments & Suggestions
A box is provided in the reception area for patients' written comments on any aspect of the practice and these will be received with interest. If you have any suggestions for improvements, do let us know.
If you have any complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff working for the surgery, you are entitled to ask for an explanation. We operate an in-house complaints procedure to deal with your complaint. We hope that most complaints can be sorted out easily and quickly, preferably at the time they arise and with the person concerned. We would like you to let us know as soon as possible, ideally within a couple of days. If you have a complaint please ask to speak to the practice manager, to discuss the matter. If this is not possible a meeting will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

PALS are excellent at supporting patients with a variety of NHS and healthcare related non-medical problems. They can often help resolve concerns or problems earlier.
