A flexible appointment system is in operation where we try to see patients the same day if possible. URGENT CASES will always be seen the same day and patients who have difficulty in attending surgery should discuss the problem with the doctor to see what can be arranged. The receptionists are here to help by arranging and advising on waiting times at the surgery. They will always do their best to help provide you with an appointment as soon as possible. Please check-in at the reception desk on arrival at the surgery so that they are able to make sure you are attended to as soon as possible. Please do not be offended if they ask you a few questions in order to assess the urgency of your request. Appointments may be made with the doctor of your choice but you are asked to book well in advance if you wish to see a particular doctor – any information is treated in the strictest confidence.

Cancellations and Non-attendance
All cancellations must be made well in advance. Patients who fail to attend three or more appointments without adequate notice of cancellation will be asked to leave the practice list.
